Get back into my account

Your Vinyala account is linked to your email, not your phone. That makes it easy to get back in, even when you switch devices.

I changed phones

You lose nothing. Install Vinyala on the new phone (or open the web), enter your usual email, and sign in with the code you receive. Your practice, calendar and circles are all still there.

I don't remember which email I used

• Think about which address received Vinyala's emails (search “Vinyala” in your inbox).
• Try your usual addresses, one at a time.
• If you subscribed, check the inbox where you got the payment receipt.

Vinyala uses no passwords: you always sign in with a one-time code. If it doesn't arrive, see My sign-in code isn't arriving.

If you can no longer open the email you registered with, write to us: we'll help verify the account is yours and get you back in.
