Delete my account

You can delete your account anytime. This is your right to erasure (GDPR Art. 17).

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible: it removes your profile, practice history, calendar and circle memberships. It can't be undone.

Before you go

If you only want to stop paying, you don't need to delete anything: cancel your subscription and keep your history. And if you'd like to keep a record of your practice, export your data first.

How to delete it

1. Go to Account → Delete my account.
2. Type your email to confirm it's you.
3. Confirm. The account and its data are removed.

If you have an active subscription, it's canceled when you delete the account. By law, we must keep minimal accounting records (such as invoices) for the required period, pseudonymized; everything else is erased.
