Cancel or change my subscription

You can cancel or change your plan anytime, by yourself, without writing to us.

How to cancel

1. Go to Account → Subscription.
2. Tap “Manage subscription” to open the billing portal.
3. Choose to cancel. You'll see the date your access runs until.

Canceling stops the next renewal, but you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You don't lose your history, calendar, or circles: canceling deletes nothing.

Change plan

From the same portal you can move up or down a plan. The price difference is prorated automatically.

I'm in the free trial

The trial lasts 14 days. It starts when you request and choose it from the plan options. If you cancel during those 14 days, you're charged nothing.

I'd like a refund

Tell us your case and we'll look into it; see also the conditions in the Terms of service.

Just want to stop paying but keep your account? Cancel and you're done. Deleting your account is different → Delete my account.
